Phoenix Datacom calibration service gives you a reliable service and fast turnaround.

In-House Calibration, in our state of the art; ISO accredited Calibration laboratory are completed within 5-7 working days with 2-day premium service available on request.. Our specialist capabilities allow us to calibrate a wide range of data-communication test and measurement equipment for a wide range of Customers throughout the UK.

All our calibration certificates are traceable to national standards, via certificates held for all our calibration instruments. Our centralised computer system allows us to store calibration data indefinitely, and quickly locate previous calibration results.

Our calibration services include instrument cleaning and where required, PAT testing as standard.

Calibration certificates and results are sent with the goods, as well as stored digitally, so they can be easily sent should you misplace them.

Hardware Repairs

The technical staff in our Repair Centre have a wealth of experience repairing data communications test and measurement equipment, and we always do our up most to minimise repair turnaround times.

For non-warranty – Our simple fixed cost repair pricing gives you peace of mind that there will not be any ‘extra costs’ added once work has commenced. We offer an inspection of your equipment, without obligation to go ahead with any works, however should you choose not to have your unit repaired, we will charge an evaluation & return carriage fee.
