Hardware and software support
Phoenix Datacom supplies and supports software and hardware products manufactured by a number of different manufacturers, and is well known for the technical quality, responsiveness and friendliness of the support offered to customers.
“Phoenix Plus” is available for both hardware and software products. “Phoenix Plus” extends the original manufacturer's warranty and entitles the customer's employees and agents to the following services:
1. Assistance and practical advice on using the product – provided via telephone and email.
2. Issue of new software/firmware versions as and when released by the product manufacturer.
3. Priority turn round on hardware repairs and complimentary equipment cleansing, functional and safety testing after repair
Repairs and Calibration
Phoenix Datacom offer a top class repair and calibration service to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test and diagnostic equipment. We specialise in the repair and calibration of datacommunications test equipment, but maintain the capability of providing the same service for more general items such as Digital Volt Meters , Spectrum Analysers and Oscilloscopes .

In addition to standard calibration carried out in our own laboratory with a controlled environment of 23 o C, < 70 % RH., Phoenix Datacom offers customized services to meet customers' needs for on-site services. Contract customers have the option of a fully manged service with equipment histories and written advice of items due for re-calibration prior to expiry date

Training and Consultancy
Phoenix Datacom provides both standard training courses and tailored training courses to meet specific customer needs. The courses are practical in nature and cover techniques as well as product-specific training. Courses may be run either in Aylesbury, Bucks or on customer premises.
In addition, Phoenix Datacom is able to offer its customers assistance on a consultancy basis to help with specific projects - ranging from short-term assistance with using our products to full project management.
