INTELLAPATCH Series 3000
INTELLAPATCH Series 3000 is the latest range from APCON for today's packet-based high speed applications.
High port density: The INTELLAPATCH Series 3000 chassis is available in four sizes with 1, 2, 4 or 8 blade capacity. Each blade has up to 36 ports, giving a theoretical maximum of 288 ports per chassis. Each chassis can be equipped with any of APCON's advanced blades including 10/100/1000 Mbps and 10Gig Ethernet, 1/2/4/8 Gbps Fibre Channel, and INTELLAFLEX aggregation and filtering blades.
Scaleability and centralised monitoring: Each chassis is fully scaleable, operating with any mix of blades from a single blade to a full complement. ENTERPOINT software enables multiple chassis to be managed from one screen remotely, allowing users to manage multiple chassis just as simply as managing one.
Wire-Once: Each chassis enables "wire-once" connectivity - a monitoring device is physically connected to the APCON chassis once, and then it can be securely shared and reconfigured by multiple remote users.
Advanced Filtering and Aggregation: INTELLAFLEX blades provide the ability to filter and aggregate traffic across multiple GigE and 10GigE ports. Data from multiple sources can be aggregated, filtered and directed to multiple monitoring tools via a secure web interface, whilst intuitive on-screen tools give users a single, centralized method of controlling network monitoring sessions.
Secure easy-to-use management: The multi-user management interface is both very secure and easy to use.In particular, it helps to eliminate configuration errors by showing very clearly what connections, aggregations and filtering are active and the effects of changes. One of the great strengths of the APCON range is the excellent GUI - and a choice of GUI is offered to suit different types of user. APCON is also designed to fully integrate with overall Network Management Systems used by Networks Operation Centres.

INTELLAPATCH Series 2000 INTELLAPATCH Series 2000 is the original APCON switch, providing up to 16 ports per blade in a 1-inch blade for both new and legacy telecoms applications.
High port density: The INTELLAPATCH Series 2000 is available in five sizes with 1, 2, 4, 9 or 18 blades per chassis. APCON's extensive Series 2000 blade catalogue includes 1/2/4 Gbps Fibre Channel, 10 Gbps Fibre Channel and Ethernet, Copper 10/100 and GigE ethernet, 100/1000 Ethernet & FDDI, T1/E1/J1, SONET/SDH, DS3/E3/STS-1, and multi-protocol.
Scaleability: Each chassis scaleable, meaning it can fully operate with only 1 blade in an 18-blade chassis. This flexibility enables managers to grow in functionality without requiring a larger footprint in the datacentre.
